1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship across India and to select international locations. If you are located outside of India, please check the list of countries we ship to at checkout or contact us at suiquestyle@gmail.com for more details.

2. Processing Time

  • Ready to Ship Items: Orders for ready-to-ship items are typically processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days after your payment has been confirmed.
  • Made to Order Items: Orders for made-to-order items generally take 14-21 business days to create and prepare before they are dispatched. The exact time will vary depending on the complexity of the customization.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

4. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Delivery (Within India): Delivery times vary based on the destination. Orders within major cities typically take 3-7 business days to arrive after dispatch, while deliveries to remote areas may take longer.
  • International Delivery: Delivery times for international orders range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to track your order online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply.

Suique is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you on time, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays. Suique is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at suiquestyle@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order.

9. Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of placing the order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address.

10. Changes to Shipping Address

We do not accept changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed. If you need to change the address, you must cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct address.
